There was a time when the Chinese took over a tank in front of us, climbing all over it trying to find an opening where they could get in. They contacted us and although we were unable to fire upon on own tank, we gave them the advice to lower their 90mm gun as far down to the ground and fire. At that point the concussion blew the Chinese off the tank and we were able to kill them. We rescued the crew, since we were out in front which was considered “No Man’s Land”, they asked us to rescue an abandon tank and recover it. We did so and brought it back to our side of the war.
